Refund and Returns Policy


Please email us at within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase so we can resolve any issues for you as soon as possible.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Sorry to hear that you are not in love with your APANA purchase, these things happen from time to time. If you change your mind about the products you purchased from the APANA online store, we can offer an exchange or refund those products, subject to the following conditions:

  • All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
  • Items must be in original sale condition, unused, unaltered and in its original packaging which must be intact;
  • The paper wrapper that comes around our yoga mats, cork block and roller must be intact and unopned. This is a hygeine requirement;
  • The item must be returned with all accessories;
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return;
  • Refunds and exchanges will not include the cost of shipping;
  • We receive the goods within 14 days of the purchase date;
  • Shipping costs are refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the return shipping costs.

If we agree to accept the return, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, ensuring the above conditions are met, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to discuss.


If your purchased product is approved for return you will be provided the address to where you need to send it. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. We are not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
